1. What does this policy cover?
This policy applies to the public HOMESDER landing page and survey at descubre.homesder.es. It does not describe other HOMESDER applications, subdomains or services.
Cookies are small files that websites may place on your device. Similar technologies, including browser local storage (localStorage), can retain information and may be subject to similar privacy requirements.
2. Technologies identified
The following browser storage was identified during the landing page review:

No analytics or advertising cookies were observed in the tested scenarios. At the time of the review, the landing page did not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Google Fonts loads typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. No storage associated with these requests was observed during the review. Connecting to an external provider does not, by itself, mean that a cookie was installed.
The Discover simulation uses temporary state. During the reviewed tests, its choices remained in memory and no persistent storage belonging to that simulation was identified.
3. Why use Cloudflare Turnstile?
The survey uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that interactions are legitimate and reduce abusive or automated submissions. The verification runs when the survey is used.
The cf.turnstile.u entry was found in the provider domain's local storage. It is technically associated with protecting the form and is not used as an HOMESDER advertising or analytics tool on this landing page.
The short-lived verification token is different from this local storage entry. For additional information, consult the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy policy.
4. Is there a consent banner?
Based on the configuration observed during the review, HOMESDER has not added an accept/reject banner because the identified storage is considered to serve a technical security purpose necessary to use the form. This assessment only covers the tested scenarios and must be revisited if providers, scripts or purposes change.
Non-essential technologies requiring consent, such as behavioural advertising or some measurement tools, must not run before consent is obtained. If added, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated.

5. How to inspect or delete browser data
You can view and remove cookies or site data in your browser's privacy settings. Menu names may vary by version or device:
- Chrome and Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
To delete Turnstile storage, check data related to challenges.cloudflare.com. Blocking or deleting necessary technical storage may prevent security verification and stop the survey from being submitted.
