Is HOMESDER free?

Yes. Listing your home, browsing and chatting with homeowners are free. Premium is optional and you only pay for services you choose.

Why homeowners only?

HOMESDER is designed for people selling to buy. That means no one is there to prospect for clients, and you know you're speaking to someone in a similar situation.

Is this a property swap?

Not necessarily. The person buying your home doesn't have to sell you theirs. We help find people interested in your home and those selling what you seek, even if they're different people.

Is it available yet?

We're preparing the launch, starting in a few areas and reviewing matches manually. If you opt in to the welcome email and invitation, we'll email you when the pilot opens.

What happens to my data?

When you start, we record your email and participation. If you complete the survey, we save your answers. We send welcome messages, invitations or a reminder only if you separately opt in. Read the privacy policy before taking part.

Cookies and browser storage

This landing page has no advertising or analytics trackers. During checks performed on 29 October 2026, no first-party or third-party cookies were observed in the tested scenarios. The Discover demo keeps choices in temporary memory.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the survey from bots. The entry cf.turnstile.u was observed in local browser storage on challenges.cloudflare.com; it serves a technical security purpose and no fixed expiry period was confirmed. You can clear this provider's data in your browser settings, although doing so may prevent verification.
